Tillamook Cheese celebrates local flair and regional flavor at this weekend affair. Tillamook Cheese will be highlighted at a booth tasting and paired with some of the best wines born from the bounty that is California wine country. We also will be partnering with one of Food & Wine's 2009 Best New Chefs, Christopher Kostow. Stop by, and taste one of Kostow's delicious culinary creations featuring Tillamook cheese.
