Food Network star Bobby Flay’s chefs and crew used Tillamook cheese to prepare the following dishes from the July 4th Summer Grilling Menu at the Beach House in Malibu, Calif.: Sophie’s Chop Salad Corn with Red Chiles, creme fraiche and Tillamook Vintage White Extra Sharp Cheddar cheese.
Also, Denise Richards and her daughters grated and melted Tillamook Medium Cheddar and Tillamook Sharp Cheddar with butter to create a light mac and cheese.
