Loaf Love Story
My son went to a learning center and it seems everybody that worked there was from Oregon. Upon talking to one of the staff, her name was Jen Singer, I was told how good Tillamook cheese was and that she would eat no other cheese. I have been a cheese lover all my life (45 years, ask my mom) I gave it a try. This was in 1998, and I have to say that all four of my children are Tillamook lovers and became very angry the one time I tried to buy another brand. When I shred your medium cheddar cheese from the loaf that I now always buy, I make sure to shred extra. My 16 year old daughter, who is a vegetarian, grabs handfuls and handfuls. A favorite snack for my 8 year old daughter is the cheese cut up in squares (when I can't find the Tillamoos). I converted my daughter's water polo team to Tillamook, when her aftergame snack was your cheese that she shared. I am looking forward to visiting in July/Aug.
