"As a food producer we recognize the ever-increasing importance of food security for those greatly impacted by the economic setback", says Jay Allison, Tillamook Cheese vice president of sales and marketing. "We are proud to partner with KGW to drive this effort to great results and help those affected most. Our goal is to raise 1 million pounds of food this year and throughout the month of March, in honor of our 100th Anniversary, we will be donating a penny per pound of cheese sold in Oregon and SW Washington to the Oregon Food Bank".
