Collin and Megan started Byways Cafe back in 1999, and continue to operate the diner on a daily basis. You'll find one of them there everyday cooking and baking up some of the best comfort food in town.
Collin began her tenure here as the head chef for Shakers Cafe back in 1991; when the opportunity presented itself she purchased the cafe and Megan followed soon after. Sharing a commitment to quality, they use only fresh and locally grown products from Oregon whenever possible.
Specials change daily and we have a new pancake every Sunday, not to mention some of the best coffee-cake in town.
